This week, Year 6 have truly outdone themselves. After months of preparation, they approached their SATs assessments with determination, resilience, and a mature attitude that made us all incredibly proud. Each and every pupil gave their best effort, and their hard work has not gone unnoticed.

Staff were hugely impressed with how calmly and confidently the children tackled each test. Their focus, perseverance, and positive mindset have been inspiring to see, and they should all feel very proud of what they’ve achieved.

To celebrate the end of SATs week and to reward their fantastic efforts, the children were treated to a fun and refreshing water fight, followed by a surprise visit from the ice cream van! There were smiles and laughter all around as pupils cooled off in the sunshine and enjoyed a delicious treat with their friends.

It was a wonderful way to mark the end of a challenging week, and we hope the children will remember it for years to come. Well done, Year 6 – you’ve been amazing!
