Year 5 had an action-packed trip to The Science and Industry Museum, where they enjoyed a day full of learning, exploration, and fun! The adventure began in the interactive gallery, where the children had the chance to get hands-on with a variety of exciting science experiments. They eagerly explored different exhibits, conducting experiments and learning about science in a fun and engaging way. It was wonderful to see the children’s curiosity and enthusiasm as they explored the fascinating world of science!
One of the highlights of the trip was visiting the ‘Power Up’ exhibition, a room filled with every kind of games console imaginable, from Xbox and PlayStation to Nintendo, Atari, and Sega. The children had the opportunity to play different games from across the decades, discovering how video games have evolved over the years. They had a great time reminiscing about classic games while enjoying the modern ones! The day ended with a textiles demonstration and talk, where the children learned about fabric and design. Throughout the day, Year 5 were praised for their excellent behaviour, and they represented the school brilliantly. It was a memorable trip filled with learning, laughter, and plenty of fun!
